- Sign up for Zendesk or use your existing account.
- Click Install button to Install the app in users Zendesk Account.

- As user Clicks on Install button a App Installation popup will open & the user has to click on Install button.

- As the User click on Install button user is redirected to the App installation in Apps Market place tab.

- User has to add the Capsule CRM Token to Install the Zendesk Capsule CRM Connector.
- User can get the Capsule CRM Token by going to Capsule CRM home page & Clicking on My Preference.

- As user clicks on My Preference user will be redirected to a new page where user has to click on API Authentication Tokens & user will find the Personal Access Tokens. User has to copy the Personal Accesses Tokens into the installation App.

- Add the Token number here & Click on Install button to install the App.

- As user clicks on the install button the Zendesk Capsule CRM Connector will be installed & user can verify in Zendesk Update ticket Page.

- How to Use the App.
In the Zendesk Capsule Connector App we can send Notes to the Zendesk Requester.
- Adding notes in Zendesk Capsule CRM Connector to send it to the Zendesk Ticket Requester.

- Click on Add a Note to send the Note to the requester & a message is received as “Note Added Successfully”
