- Open a Zendesk ticket, click Apps.
- As user can see Authorization Pending on the Zendesk Office Team Connector Click on the Office Team button it will redirect user to Office Team Login Page.

- As user Login into the Office Team account & assuming user has all the necessary permission for the Office Team, user will be requested to refresh the Update Ticket Page.
