- Configure the app with your account name.
- Open a Zendesk ticket, click Apps, sign in.
- Click to create a New Story.
- Know How to use the App.

01. New Story.
- How to Create New Story.

- Adding Details to Create New Story.

- As the user clicks on Create Story a message is received “Story has been created successfully”

- Story in Pivotal Tracker.

02. Link
Zendesk Pivotal Tracker Connector.
- User can Link Stories to Zendesk Ticket.

- As the user clicks on Link Story a message is received “Story linked successfully!!!”

03. Linked Stories.
- User can see all the Zendesk Tickets & their corresponding Link Stories.

- User can Export the Tickets into XLS, XlSX & CSV format.
04 Post Comments
- User can Post Comments from the App.

- As the user clicks on Notify Story a message is received ” Pivotal Tracker Stories Notified Successfully.”

- Notified Comment in the Pivotal Tracker.

- View Story Comments
- User can view Comments send from Pivotal Tracker by Clicking on the View Story Comment.
