Quick steps
- Sign up for Zendesk or use your existing account.
- Get the App and Install it into Zendesk from Market Place.

- Configure the App with your account name & Click on Install Button.

- User will be redirected to Zendesk Manage where User has to Click on Install button.

- User can see the App installed in the manage.
- Below are few example which user uses to detect the language & also to respond in the same.
01. Converting from Greek to English.
In the below image user can verify that as the Translate Text Button is clicked language used by the Customer in source is automatically detected by the App & the translation of the Text is also done.

02. Converting from English to German.
As above user can verify in the below image that as the Translate Text Button is clicked language used to reply Customer in source is automatically detected by the App & the translation of the Text is also done.
